DEVELOPMENT MONITORING

We offer services for many organisation types across a diversity of sectors.

This work is generally undertaken on behalf of prospective tenants or funding institutions where they have an interest in new build premises but are not party to the building contract. The monitoring process will regularly report on progress against program, cash flow, quality of work and compliance with specifications.

Monitoring is also undertaken on behalf of landlords where a tenant is undertaking extensive alterations. This is required to ensure that the investment value of the building is not harmed by the alterations and that alterations are undertaken in accordance with previously agreed specifications.
