GENERAL DEFECT INSPECTION SURVEYS

This area of our work involves the investigation of facts, possibly in conjunction with some exploratory work, to identify the cause of any building defect. 

This service will commonly be provided in conjunction with other services and will result in identification of the cause of a defect and recommendations for remedial work. In addition, costing advice can be given; we can arrange for the works to be undertaken and can advise on any resulting repairing liability issues or other liabilities under design or construction warranties.
