Project management incorporates the overall control and planning and coordination of a project from inception to completion. This role takes the form of pure project management whereby the consultant design team is appointed to an Employers Agent role or lead consultant.

We have the necessary experience to deliver new and refurbishment projects within authorised cost, time constraints and quality standards.
