FIRE PRECAUTION SURVEYS & AUDITS

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (RRFSO) place a greater obligation on employers to manage fire strategy and their own fire safety audit. As part of this liability we undertake fire precaution surveys of large institutional building such as hospitals, offices, schools and colleges to identify compartmentation compliance for protected areas ion designated fire routes and service ducts.

The survey inspection of the premises will report on compliance or otherwise with the appropriate legislation and the client's fire strategy and report with drawings on the failures and risks posed to the occupants and recommend and specify improvement works accordingly.
