Data Management


We have deep expertise in data management and have helped many clients streamline their mobile data entry procedures using bespoke validated form templates and also helped them migrate data between incompatible systems Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and more classical Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.  This often complements our surveying service offerings where we would create user friendly mobile data capture forms for our clients that export data that is directly compatible with their estates and asset management systems.  We have created many such integrations for clients in the educational, healthcare and housing sectors with packages such as Global Maximo and Northgate's SAM.


As well as expertise in enterprise data management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, we also specialise in automation and data solutions using Microsoft's Power suite - Power Query (built into Excel), Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.


Business Process & Value Mapping


We can map your business processes to help you understand where you are generating value and where you are suffering waste.  This is a powerful technique that is the foundation of any organisation drive around improving efficiency and effectiveness.  For example, we recently created an Opportunity to Revenue Map that helped a client identify where they could save many thousands of pounds through rationalising a number of their project delivery processes.

Agile Project Management & Continuous Improvement Programmes


We are certified consultants in Agile Project Management and can provide training, advice, and guidance to organisations introducing frameworks and processes such as Scrum or Kanban.  Every year, for example, we work with the Alacrity Foundation to deliver Agile training to their start-up entrepreneurship programme.


We have helped organisations tailor their work management processes for clients based on agile delivery cycles to help them keep on top of managing opportunities and delivering projects in a more responsive manner.  We have also helped organisations introduce cyclical retrospectives to help shape, focus, and embed their continuous improvement programmes.

Strategic Exploration Workshops & Brainstorming


We have expertise in strategy formulation and using techniques such as Value Proposition Design and Impact Mapping to facilitate strategy brainstorming sessions for our clients.  We recently ran an OGSM brainstorming workshop for a client which enabled them to formulate their Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures for the next 3 years.  We followed this up with a test and challenge session to assess how SMART the strategy was before facilitating the production of the annual implementation plan.
