The numerous pieces of legislation that apply to the use of buildings can make the management of health and safety a daunting task. A Health and Safety Audit is aimed specifically at assisting building occupiers in meeting their obligations under legislation that affects buildings, and will report on compliance with issues such as the fire precautions, lighting, maintenance access and welfare facilities. 

An initial audit followed by periodic updates to cover either changes in legislation or alterations to the building will ensure ongoing compliance. We undertake a large number of building surveys for a variety of clients and purposes. All surveys undertaken will be closely tailored to the needs of the client, whether pre-acquisition for investment purposes or a survey for prospective occupiers. 

We are able to provide a highly responsive service and will cover any location in the UK. We also have adequate resources to undertake portfolio surveys again tailored for the clients' requirements and produced in a short space of time.
