PRE-IMPACT SURVEYS

We offer services for many organisation types across a diversity of sectors.

The purpose is to identify defects or issues which may be raised prior to acquisition of properties to produce an assignable report on those issues to enable a rapid response to prospective purchaser's queries. 

We undertake a large number of building surveys for a variety of clients and purposes. All surveys undertaken will be closely tailored to the needs of the client, whether pre-acquisition for investment purposes or a survey for prospective occupiers.
