This area of our work deals with the proactive rather than reactive maintenance of buildings. Planned preventative maintenance provides for the renewal of elements before they actually fail, preventing costs through consequential damage and allowing for more accurate budgets. Planned maintenance may be undertaken to protect investment value or to prevent disruption in use of a building. 


We are able to produce planned maintenance schedules, fully costed, and provide other associated services required in connection with those works, such as defect analysis or contract administration, to cover all maintenance aspects of premises. We have developed our own Microsoft ‘Access’ database to capture the collated information that is able to provide reports on condition ratings plus numerous other statistics required by the Further and Higher Education sector, namely FEMS and HEMS.
